Bridal Alterations
Bridal Edge will not be responsible for extra alterations as a result of weight loss or gain during the fitting process. It is imperative that you inform Bridal Edge of any possible changes to your body as this impacts the fit of your garment. Our aim is to fit your garment to your request, suggestions will be made, but ultimately it is up to you to inform Bridal Edge of your concerns from the first fitting.
Care must be taken if your gown is bustled, no strain is to be placed on your train once bustled, hence, bustling should only occur at the reception and definately not while in a vehicle. It is always a good idea to carry safety pins in case of the unexpected.
Mobile service 
Bridal Edge may reject a booking depending on location.

Availability of Stock
Bridal Edge keeps as many items in stock as possible, however it is not possible to stock every item. Therefore some items may be unavailable for immediate shipping, particularly at busy times of the year.
Once ordered from the supplier, most items arrive within 28 days and will be immediately dispatched to you.
If an item that you have ordered is also out of stock with the supplier, I will contact you with an estimate of delivery date. If this date is unacceptable to you, I will of course offer an alternative or a refund.
Please allow plenty of time for delivery prior to your wedding date. If you need something urgently, please contact me before placing an order so that I can check availability.

Goods will only be posted upon receipt of cleared payments.
Bridal Edge is able to accept payments through Paypal or Bank Transfer. You can pay via Paypal without registering for a Paypal account by using a credit or debit card.

Cancelling or changing an order
I am happy to cancel or change an order providing the item has not been posted. Once an order has been dispatched, no changes can be made.
Deposits are non refundable upon cancellation of an order when the cancellation was carried out more than 7 days from sale. However each sale is handled individually and at the discretion of Bridal Edge.

Shipping & Handling
Australia Post is used for all local and national shipping, preferring to use Express Post at a cost of $15. If required urgently, please contact Bridal Edge prior to placing an order. Occasionally an item may be out of stock, although displayed on the website, if so you will be informed of the time frame.
For in-stock items, regular post will take between 3-10 days, depending on your location. I aim to have all in stock items posted withing 2 working days. I am often able to post Express items on the day that the order is received.
If you require an item urgently, please contact me to check whether it is in stock.
If there is gong to be a delay in shipment, I will contact you with all information.
All orders over $100 qualify for a flat shipping rate of $15 if shipping withing Australia.

I would like you to be 100% happy with the items that you have purchased from Bridal Edge. If you are unhappy with anything that you receive from me, please contact me to let me know and then simply return the item within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Depending on the reason for return, I am able to offer a refund, exchange or credit. Shopping costs are non-refundable, unless an incorrect item has been sent.
Bridal Edge is not responsible for any shipping/postage costs for items being returned.
All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving and items must be as new, unopened, unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, I am not able to accept returns on earrings under any circumstances, due to health regulations. This includes jewellery sets which include earrings.
Should an item arrive damaged in any way, please contact me prior to returning it.

Once your garment is paid for and collected, it is assumed that you are happy with your garment. A change of heart following this is not Bridal Edges responsibility.
